Tonight I am going to attempt to make homemade falafel's.....someone gave me a pretty easy to follow recipe. Crossing my fingers and hoping it will turn out okay. The rest of the menu will include whole wheat pita, carrots, and a salad. Not sure what sort of toppings I will put with the falafel.... maybe blue cheese dressing...
Last night I finished painting the ceiling and window trim in the spare room. It's a really crisp white. Looks soo good! I can't wait till the blue is put on the wall! Tonight Darren is going to wash the walls and I will tape around the trim and ceiling. Maybe we will prime or that might have to wait till tomorrow night to let the walls dry.
I've mentioned before that I haven't been sleeping really well. I am getting my 8 hours of sleep every night but I don't wake up restful. There has been a lot of dreaming. Not fluffy lamb type dreams but ones that have a lot going on. Maybe it has to do with the food I'm eating, the paint fumes, or I'm not sitting and relaxing enough....
Goals:
1) Keep following weekly menu plan. (So far so good except Darren took me for lunch yesterday, happens once in a blue moon, I did make an okay choice and had a salad; tai noodles, lettuce, pork, cucumber, one spring roll and fish sauce on the side)
2) 30 minutes activity everyday (yesterday I jogged on the spot for 20 minutes and painted the spare room ceiling)

ReplyDeleteAll in a pita, sour cream, chipolote(spelling) hummus, swiss cheese and soem lettuce. It was fantastic!
