Today was Maria's Doctor's appointment. She is now weighing about 6lbs 6 oz and 21.5 inches. She is up a pound since she was born and grew 3 inches in length.
It was frustrating taking her today. She woke up from her nap while we were there and was fussy, crying the whole time the Doctor was looking at her. 1 minute of crying seems like an eternity, not to mention a whole 15 minutes!
It has been uncomfortably hot in the house today. I forgot to close the front door this afternoon, so the sun made it's hot presence into our living room. Needless to say lesson learned.
A high school friend of mine had a little girl the other day! She was slightly bigger than Maria but she can right on time, where as Maria was early.
