So the 10 km walk was a lot of fun! Jen and I did it in 1:57.00. I was aiming for under 2 hours so we did pretty good. The turain was sandy and hilly. I will add picture either tonight or tomorrow.
On Sunday I was soo exhausted! I spelt for 2 hours in the afternoon. Good thing Darren called and woke me up otherwise I probably would have slept for many more!
1) limit salt intake (had way to much over the weekend)
2) 30 min activity
3) watch those jelly bellys and ignore them like they are diseased!
4) Make a meal plan for the week
