I have made up a meal plan for the week starting today (since yesterday was part of the weekend I totaly forgot it was start of the week)
Tuesday: Tuna melts, potato soup, apple, radish, for dessert a small piece of dark chocolate
Wednesday: Honey-Mustard Roasted Salmon, wild rice, steamed veggies
Thursday: Asian Pork with Garlic sauce, rice wraps, carrot sticks
Friday: Stuffed peppers (turkey), garlic bread, carrots
Saturday: Balsamic Chicken with mushrooms, beans, whole wheat rice noodles
Sunday: Roast beef (crockpot), potatos, edamane beans
Hopefully everything turn out okay.... not looking forward to the stuffed peppers but Darren adn Brother love them.
