Tonight was my first experience with deep water aqua-size. It was FANTASTIC!! It is every Tues and Thurs 8-9pm.  As long as Darren is home I will be able to go! The work out was great. It's funny how much you work. It doesn't seem like much because you are in the pool having fun.

Getting home tonight, I feel wonderful. Full of energy and like weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
