I'm feeling really down in the last two days. I am finally figuring out why.
I have a feeling what's bothering me but it's not something that I am ready to discuss. It'll just lead into an argument and everyone feeling even worse.
Causes lack of sleep, BAD eating habits! All I want is to eat and eat and eat. (at least my weigh this week showed a 0.5lbs loss and not another gain)
We bought a shop vac last night so I will finish sanding the last little bit of wall and vacuum the room and hopefully wash it. Then we can start priming tomorrow or Thursday. Paint should be able to go up on the weekend and be done! It'll be soo nice to have it finished!
Goals for the day:
1) limit added sugar and sodium
2) extra activity on top of walking to work
