I have been baking up a storm, using up the pumpkins and squash we recieved from Darren's sister. As well trying to get through the box of apples his Dad picked up for us, (those apples are FANTASTIC!)
We had one of Darren's co-workers over fro dinner last night to watch the Hockey game. I made chicken, buttercup squash and rice. Since we had compnay and he is a bachelor I made apple bars for dessert. Every bachelor needs a good meal once in awhile. :)
