We had such a wonderful visit this weekend. The biggest surprise was April came!  It was great catching up with everyone. It feels like it is a  long time in between visits but I guess that's what happens when you live in different cities.

I am trying to focus on studying for my level two exam. I have started (that's the first step) but I need to spend more time reviewing. I might have to start looking at my books in the evening when Darren is home... Focus Jenny FOCUS!!

We had a wonderful salad last night. I grilled up some chicken, and we added mushrooms, cheese, homemade croutons,  avocado and placed it on a big helping of spinach! I was having a chocolate attack so I made chocolate fudge cookies from Simply Great cookbook. They were pretty good especially with some ice cream and blueberries ;). I have been starting to eat oatmeal for breakfast again. Have to get into those good habits.
