House!

So we looked at two houses last night. The one that I have been eyeing for a week and the one Darren was eyeing. It's funny how pictures can be deceiving. The House that I wrote about yesterday with the yellow walls ended up being pretty horrible. Nothing seemed completely done and the basement, wow pretty horrible.

So the house that I have been driving by (see above pict) was amazing. Built in the 1950's, it has the old feeling and has a lot of character. The only thing that is not quite perfect is the kitchen but we decided we can make due. The floors are hardwood. There is a porch behind the bush on the the north side. The Lot is huge!! When you look out of the front window you look at green space. We are making an offer today, hopefully it goes through!
