Feeling more stable

I'm feeling emotionally a lot better today than I have in the last week. It helps a great deal to talk about what's going on in your head.

There were some things that came up last night while Darren and I were talking that I didn't think were a big deal but where weighing on me just the same. It feels like there has been a huge weight lifted and things are slowly getting back to normal.

A couple of nights ago we went for a really long walk, I think it was about an hour and half. (It's good practice for my 10km walk in a couple of weeks). We find it easier to talk walking than sitting at home. I wish the conversation went a little smoother but am glad that we came to some sort of understanding.

Goals:

So yesterday there was no activity. We went to BP's and visited with some friends. I had a plain spinach salad (to me they put way too much extras on salads) and some pizza bread.

1) 30 min activity
2) make a wonderful meal for supper, trying to get out of my cooking slump)
3) FINISH SANDING!!! Have to do this!

D'you call life a bad job? Never! We've had our ups and downs, we've had our struggles, we've always been poor, but it's been worth it, ay, worth it a hundred times I say when I look round at my children.

  2. Hey there.. thanks for stopping by my blog!

Re- Tofu: I just sautee it in a little EVOO. I'm not a huge fan of the texture of tofu, so I crisp it up to make it tastier! :)
