Over-eating on the weekend was not a great idea. I've been wanting sweet treats for the last 2 weeks. I have given in too much. This week is the week I am going ot break out of this habit (shouldn't be too hard since there isn't any sweet treats in the house).
It was a pretty busy weekend, puppysitting, Grandma's birthday, taping off the spare room (which will probably be primed tonight). We went for a few medium walks on Saturday.
I haven't been sleeping very good. Waking up to two nightmares in one night is horrible and then having a restless sleep the next night just wears a girl out.
Goals for today:
1) 30 minutes activity tonight
2) no mindless snacking
3) plan the meals for the week and make sure we have all the ingredients so we only have to go grocery shoppping once
4) prime spare room

ReplyDeleteYea the nightmares were disturbing....a stalker, and alligators (that one I could see because we were watching a show on prehistoric sharks and the teeth is what scared me awake)
